Sushi Zushi offers both full-service upscale restaurant formats and smaller Express formats that serve high-quality Sushi and Japanese Comfort Food in a casually sophisticated atmosphere with a broad line of alcoholic drinks, wines, and Sake. The menu consists of traditional Sushi recipes with a wide range of “Zushi” items that integrates Japanese cuisine with Latin flavor profiles.Our concept rotates around high-quality products used in unique ways across several traditional and non-traditional Japanese and Latin-inspired fusions that work together and keeps waste at a minimum. Having a core of traditional rolls as well as numerous signature rolls that differentiate us from other concepts. With almost half the menu made of non-sushi, Sushi Zushi’s stream of unique “Zushi” items appeal to a broad consumer group. We offer full-service alcohol with a substantive Wine List, Sake, and Signature cocktails. We also have a complete line of unique teas and nonalcoholic drinks.

We are currently seeking multi-unit Market Partners to build out our Full and Express Service locations.  We are currently partnering with Market Partners who want to develop entire DMAs.  If you have current restaurant or hotel operations in the requested territory, WE WANT YOU!  We will also review potential Market Partners without current operations who have a history in restaurants and/or hotels.
